What if it rains?
Rentals can be re-scheduled due to rain or the high probability (75% or greater) of rain prior to setup. If there is a high probability of rain the day of the event, Bounce reserves the right to re-schedule the rental to a mutually agreeable date
If it begins to rain with consistency or force, the event host should have riders calmly exit the inflatable, turn off the blower, and move the blower to a dry location and roll the inflatable up and cover it with tarp (if possible).
What if it is too windy?
If there are sustained winds of 20 mph or greater the day of the event, Bounce reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
What if it's too cold?
The temperature needs to be at least 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
How much and what type of space is required?
Depends on the inflatable unit. Flat ground with no sharp objects is required for all inflatables. Grass, Pavement, and Gymnasium floors are all acceptable surfaces.
Can I have an inflatable at a local park?
Typically yes. However, you should check with Parks & Recreation as some counties require a permit. We can provide proof of insurance.
How far in advance do I need to make reservations?
The further in advance the better. Typically 4-6 weeks is ample time to get the unit you want unless it is a popular weekend.
